Safety Relief Valve Rebuilds, Testing and Certification

Safety and Safety Relief Valves, boiler and un-fired pressure vessel regulations are defined by ASME, API, OSHA, National Board and individual State codes. Specific requirements include periodic inspection, testing and re-certification. The certification process assures that the valve condition and performance is essentially equal to that of a new valve. Riggio’s  live-test facility is National Board Authorized. In accordance with National Board publication NBIC RE3010, individual training level, classification and certification records are maintained and audited for each Riggio technician. Safety Valve testing and certification is a well-recognized necessity to protect equipment, and most importantly, people.
